I refused and asked for a number to make a formal complaint. My service was restored pending further investigation? I never had this problem with I Wireless. Safelink had esim when it was through setting up a carrier apn. Since on 14 pro max, there is no option to set up apn through settings and the new standard esim settings, safelink doesnt support.
